DEEPSTAR® SERIES & LDHI RANGE
High-Performance Deepwater & Subsea Production Chemicals
Executive Overview
Deepstar is our premium line of specialty chemicals purpose-engineered for the most demanding deepwater and subsea production environments. Formulated to perform reliably under extreme pressure, temperature, and depth conditions, Deepstar products protect critical infrastructure, optimize flow assurance, and maximize operational uptime — from platform topsides to the deepest wellheads.
DEEPSTAR® SERIES — Production Chemicals
Formulated for stability and performance at extreme depths and subsea pressures.
Prevents and mitigates gas hydrate, mineral scale, and wax formation in risers and pipelines.
Maintains chemical integrity and performance across wide thermal swings (up to 150°C+).
Fully miscible in brine and produced water; suitable for remote deepwater umbilical injection.
Low-toxicity formulations fully compliant with rigorous offshore discharge standards.
Compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex alloys, and elastomers.
Deepstar Applications
- • Deepwater subsea production & injection systems
- • Long-offset flowlines & production risers
- • High-pressure / low-temperature (HPHT) fields
- • Subsea manifolds & wellheads
- • Floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units
- • Closed-loop & continuous injection systems

LDHI RANGE — Low Dosage Hydrate Inhibitors
Zenthin LDHI products are high-efficiency, low-dosage hydrate inhibitors designed to prevent gas hydrate formation and blockage in subsea pipelines, flowlines, and wellbores. Offering performance at significantly lower concentrations than traditional thermodynamic inhibitors (methanol or glycol), our LDHI range delivers cost-effective protection, reduced logistics, and lower environmental impact — ideal for deepwater and long-distance tiebacks.
Effective at 0.5–3% of water cut; substantially lower volume than methanol or glycol.
Prevents hydrate nucleation and crystal agglomeration under extreme pressure and cold sea temperatures.
Extends safe operational shutdown and transient restart windows for field operations.
Stable with production chemicals; zero adverse interactions with scale or corrosion inhibitors.
Dramatically reduces offshore bunkering, pumping, and storage footprint.
Biodegradable options available; low aquatic toxicity; meets global offshore regulatory standards.
